5 tips to be happier + life advise
We have talked about Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins if you have missed them they are great things to read on Starlog.

1. Smile😊
People smile when they are happy and it works the other way around too when you smile you will feel less pain so a smile a day keeps the sadness and pain away 😁
2. Drink tea 🍵'
Drinking tea can make you calmer and happier and if you happen to have anxiety it helps too !!! So drink and smile will be a great drink with some strawberries.
3. positive people
Hang out with positive people they will make you happier and it is the same with negative people, they will make you negative. Better think twice before making friends.🧠
4. what is it for you?
One of the most important things about happiness that we absolutely need to realize is what is it for you? You might think of course it is being rich💵 but is it really like my dream is that I want to work in NASA and like I don't care if I get how much a restaurant employee gets I just want to do what I want to do.
5. Purpose
finding a purpose is actually the key to happiness like I want to work in NASA which is my dream purpose in life, it does not have to be a job it can be anything that you dedicate your life to do something you love.
The worst life for me would be to not have a purpose and trust me there are a lot of people that did not spend their time searching for their purpose and they always look at people that have achieved more than them and some of them would even try to push there kids to live their dream life and the kids feel bad and the prosses just go on and on.
