The moon is moving away from us?

Our amazing moon it give us wavs and light when its night ah so good don't you just love the moon, will I have some terrible news  the moon is moving away from us 3.78 cm each year, I know it dose not sounds like too much but trust me it is going to be a problem.

It is going to lead to MASS extinction if our moon is really far from us ,why? will with  the waves not going many will die because they can not find there way and ,oh that will take a anther time for me to write everything sorry 😞

Frankly speaking, we don't know why exactly the moon is moving away from earth. In other words. there could be several reasons behind it. Like, maybe the moon is disintegrating because of Hubble's Law of Cosmic Expansion.

Another reason or perhaps the more obvious one is due to the tidal interaction between earth and its one and only moon. The moon is very important to us, but let's just tell ourself do we really give the moon what it really deserve?
