1. what is Dopamine?
When you hear about Dopamine don't you think that it is going to make you dope😆 get it (maybe I am the only one laughing)
Anyway dopamine also know as the feel good element is a neuroinodulatory molecule it plays a HUGE roll in your body especially cells. Oh No my body is being locked up in cells😟I am just kidding cells are really small your body probably has more than a trillion cells.
Once Dopamine is release into your body it makes you feel good. But having too much dopamine is bad VERY bad... ( like eating a BANANA bad)
2. What can happen when you have too much?
When a person has too much Dopamine they will starting to be more and more aggressive and competitive and will be into things like gambling maybe ( I just don't have a joke for this one seriously how do you make a joke about gambling write in the comments below if you have one)
They will also have VERY poor impulse control which leads us to anxious and we are going to have way much regret than before and we are going to feel shame so yeah you get the point. ( But if there is one thing that you do not feel a shame of is reading this)
Seriously she has to brush her yellow teeth book a meeting with the dentist or something girl
3.How to make more dopamine
- Exercise regularly. In general, physical exercise is one of the best things you can do for your brain. It increases dopamine (here is a excuse to go by the beach ice cream ah so refreshing)
- Learn to meditate. Many researchers have been testing this and it works very well you should do this especially if your stress.(To all the children out there if your being bullied meditate Infront of them and they will go away) just kidding don't do that say to a parent.
3. Get a massage. when you get a massage it increase dopamine levels by nearly 30% you can go to a massage therapist or get one by your family. but when you give massage it will increase oxytocin level. (I wonder if you can get a free massage in a hospital if your low on dopamine...)
4. What happens when you have too little
IF you have too little dopamine you can loose a lot of trust in yourself and that will be terrible you will be too afraid to try new things, learn new skills so it is important to have your dopamine levels just right.
