10 thing to do to relax

Hi everyone it is my 400 views anniversary so I thought about doing this without you I would never have reached 400 views so thank you. 

So today I will help you help you by learning 10 ways to relax


1. Write a song

 Writing a song is a great way to relax, get a sense of dopamine, boost creativity and to just have fun. Writing songs are great it can make your mind less foggy too. 


2. Re-Arranging

Re-arranging is an excellent way to relax while it might not sound like a relaxing thing to do but in the end finally seeing a clean and excellent living room is going to be worth it.




3. Plant plants

Planting plants helps to remove co2 and it can take your mind off things that maybe worry you it is greatly enjoyable (My neighbor Anna loves planting she NEVER worries)'


4. Dance

Dancing is a great thing to do and it exercises you ok, it might not be relaxing to you but for your body a big, yes and there is majority LOVES dancing.



5. Family time 

Family time is the best time in the world you better have some or a family activity like family movie or family game night or family joke time.



6. Yoga 

Yoga is the most relaxing exercise in the world you have to try it it is soooo good yoga is the princess of the most relaxing things in the world



7. make a cake 

Ooo who does not like a yummy break it is going to be soo tasty ( the app tasty is great) and if you choose a recipe made by hand it is going to be sooo satisfying.



8. Sleep 

Taking a nap is always great and very relaxing so it will be perfect for you if you have no idea what to do and want to do nothing but relax sleeping is the way to go.



9. Reading 

diving into the world of books is a hard thing to get out of if the book is interesting I strongly recommend "a brief history of time by Stephane hawking" it is great for physics lovers and soo good it is my personal favorite.


10. trying new things

Trying new things can make you be happy and you can go out of your comfort zones that might not sound so relaxing but when you step out of your comfort zones then you will feel like this is easy and then you will relax.
