Morning tips to make the start of your day amazing

So I am not sure you do the things that I am going to say but if you don't do those things you have been having a healthy morning.



A warm shower in the morning? That might seem nice but no you should not do  that it will make  your body harder to wake up but on the other hand a cold shower is just perfect becouse it will make your body not so relaxed and wake up very fast.



Though I do not recommend you to take any kind of shower just so you know but look at the time your alarm is going off and what do you say 5 more minutes? Nah because whenever you disobey your mean clock oh boy...


The mean clock will take most of your energy because when your body sends a signal to your brain and your brain actually listen it will make a lazy bubble in your brain and this lazy bubble will make you lazy for the rest of the day.


If you always wake up later than you expected you can definitely perform better when you wake up on time or it is just that you set up your alarm.

When you wake up and say YAY your brain will be waked up (it is all psychology).
