To know the long story, we've to go back to the time of World War II. England is a beautiful country, isn't it? But during the war, like many other countries, it became the target of food shortages.

And as an unfortunate country near the NAZI... They'd to deal with hungry people during the day and the NAZI at night. Things weren't looking good for England.

A short time later, England came up with the idea of just turning off the lights when it was dark, but ... people did that NOT like that.

there was a lot of depression in England becouse of the lights and that just made more problem so the government decide to do something.

So the government came up with a ide that solve both problems. they just say that carrots will improve your eye sight.

It will solve the problems because in England carrots was a REALLY easy thing to plant like REALLY so there will be no hungry people  

Lets just say what they said was 50 percent true.......
